Octupus’s Garden   is a song written by Ringo Starr with a little help from his friends (although Starr credited only as  Starkey ). It appears on the album Abbey Road Beatles, 1969, and their latest album, The Beatles 1967-1970, Anthology 3 and the last album of mash-up Love. Harrison said:  Octopus’s Garden  is Ringo’s song is only the second song Ringo has ever written, mind you, and it’s great. . Ringo’s first solo composition was:  Do not let me pass  on the Beatles album. He added that the song is very deep in your consciousness  because it is so peaceful. I guess Ringo wrote songs cosmic these days without even knowing it. The Beatles were a pop and rock group from Liverpool, England formed in 1960. Primarily consisting of John Lennon (rhythm gtr, vocals), Paul McCartney (RTM bass, vocals), George Harrison (lead gtr, vocals) and Ringo Starr.
